5. Access, Parking & Preparation
To help your move or event go smoothly, you agree to:

Ensure there is safe and legal parking and access for our truck and crew.

Have items reasonably packed and ready, unless packing is part of your service.

Inform us in advance of any unusually heavy, fragile, or valuable items.
If access is difficult (e.g., long carries, many stairs, no elevator, blocked parking), or if items are not ready, extra time and charges may apply.
6. Damage & Liability
We take care with your belongings and property, but some risk is always present with moving and event work.

Normal wear and minor damage: Small scuffs, scratches, or marks can occur, especially in tight spaces. We are not responsible for normal wear and minor cosmetic damage that can reasonably occur during careful work.

Pre‑existing damage: We are not responsible for damage that existed before we handled the item or property.

Packing by you: If you pack your own items, we are not responsible for damage caused by poor or insufficient packing.

Limits on liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
If damage occurs, please notify us in writing as soon as possible with details and photos.
